Sage 2024 issues

Is there anyone else experiencing this?

After installing Sage 2024, we have the following issues:

1.  It allows 2 sales orders, invoices, etc. to have the same number when 2 users do the same task simultaneously.  No warning is given.

2.  Sometimes, but not always, a bill is entered and saved but the cost of what was entered is not updated even after the recalculation.

3.  Sometimes, but not always, sales orders are only visible to the creator; to other users, they appear blank.  The program has to be closed and reopened to see them.

4.  One computer uses 2 printers, 1 for invoices and the other for sales orders.  Before Sage 2024, any computer (user) could send sales orders to print without problems.  After Sage 2024, only the user of that computer can do it because otherwise either the invoice changes its format or the sales order does.  

The issues started about 2-3 weeks after upgrading from 2022 to 2024.  These problems appeared from bottom to top (#4 happened first, then #3, and so on).  We've been trying to fix them for almost 3 months now and it just seems to appear a new issue every few weeks.

    1. Sage 50 has always allowed duplicate numbering just not to the same Vendor or Customer. No warning is ever given.

    2. Depending on the Inventory Class and Costing Method, the cost is updated however not necessarily updated on the Maintain Inventory screen. Non-Stock, Service, and Labor Items have static costs not updated by Purchases, while Stock Items and Serialized Stock Items do have their costing information updated (see Item Costing Report). Assembly Items have their costs updated when Assemblies are built.

    3. If your network is properly configured, then all users, based on their User Security Settings, will be able to see the transactions immediately created by other users. If you are using Sage Remote Access, there may be a delay in data syncing from remote users.

    4. Verify that you don't have Microsoft managing your printers vs you dictating which printer is default, etc. Sage 50 will remember the last printer used and the last Form Design used when printing by any user.
