Unfortunately, we no longer offer downloads for the Sage 50 US 2019 version directly from our website. However, you can still get access to your Sage 2019 activation codes via the Sage Customer Portal. Here’s how you can retrieve them:

1. Go to the Sage Customer Portal and log in using your username and password.
2. Select "Activation codes" or hover over it and select "Details."
3. From the "My products" menu, select your product. If you have multiple products with Sage, they will all be listed here.
4. In the "Select product" drop-down, select the correct product edition or version for Sage 50 US 2019.
5. The "Product details" table will display your Serial Number, Activation Key, and other details.

Please note that if your product shows as "Inactive," it refers to older versions of the software.

Since the downloads for Sage 50 US 2019 are not available, you might need to contact one of our consultant partners for the installation file. However, you might consider using the latest 2024 version of Sage50 US which your account is set up with. It offers the most up-to-date features and security.

You cannot reactivate the 2019 program even if you have the download.  You will need to upgrade. Sage 50 2020.1 with TLS from Microsoft will render it inactive as Octoober of this year.

Why does it work for some clients? It seems odd to me that it's effective for more than five clients. I've noticed they are still using older versions from 2018 and 2019.

I reinstalled the Version 2019 three weeks ago and it DID NOT activate.

They are still running on the old activation.  If something happens to their program or computer, they will not be able to reactivate it.   I believe Sage has turned off the computer that activated these licenses.
