How to Import/Export Time to/from Sage 50?

I've been using Sage 50 for a while now, but I just recently signed up for a new service to track our time. This company can give me an export file to export my time from them into Sage. 
 I have 2 questions: 
 1) All of the demo I've seen show that there is an option under Import/Export to Import Time/Expense. My version does not have that. Am I missing something? can I turn that on? Do I have a different version? 
 2) If I can import a Time file, what is the format for that? The company I'm using says that they need an example file, does anybody have one I can use? How can I get one.

1. Before you can import time and expense, you would need to upgrade your version. The only version that does not feature the ability to import time and expense tickets Sage 50 Pro Accounting. You would need to upgrade to the Premium version to have that option. 
 2. You can't import a time ticket file, not yet. Once you upgrade your version, do a time ticket and then export the time ticket file and that will give your third party company the example file. Don't forget to include headers when you export so they'll know what's what.
