The formula ID can only be 8 characters long ... try abbreviating to SICK_ACC

This is not the Formula ID, this is from within the Formula itself

L=48; "Maximum hours accrued allowed for 1 year”
Y=YTD(SICK_Accrue)-SICK_Accrue; "YTD Hours Accrued”
R=L-Y; "Remaining Accrual”
C=(REGULAR+OVERTIME)*1/30;
A=If(C<R,C,R); "Accrual this check”
ANSWER=If(R<=0,0,A)

Never mind my mistake, i figured it out. How can i delete this post, i feel embarrassed at how easy it was...

In this formula SICK_Accrue is supposed to be the name of the payroll field that tracks the accrued sick hours. You will need to change "YTD(SICK_Accrue)-SICK_Accrue" to reflect your actual field names. Or, if you tried to set up the formula before you created the payroll fields, that will also cause this problem because the SICK_Accrue field wouldn't exist yet.
