With Sage 50, you can batch email invoices or packing slips at the end of the day and have a copy also go to the sales rep. To make this work you need to first address the form delivery options within Maintain/Customers.

Thanks for taking the time to answer - that solves my first issue.

Is there a way to tie an alternate email to the invoice instead of the main customer email. Our main customer email is usually the accounts payable email, we would like to also email the packing slip to the actual customer who ordered the product. Generally we have stored that contact in the customer record.

It may not be the ultimate answer, but checking to be sure you know that you can enter multiple email addresses in the email field on the first screen of the customer file. So you could put both of these addresses in this email.

Both will get the same email.
