Adjusted gross on quarterly earnings report is incorrect

I'm curious if anyone else is in New Mexico and having issues with state taxes?  Last week I discovered that Sage never updated the NM Income Tax rates for 2020, so the wrong amount has been withheld all year.  Now my quarterly tax return is incorrect.  The Adjusted Gross on the Sage report is wrong for 32 employees - almost all are off the same amount: $26.22.  Strange amount that I can't identify.

Sage customer service is useless so I'm just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue, and giving the heads up to anyone in NM that they should check the tax rates!

All I know is that when we moved our payroll to an outside vendor, the State income taxes withheld increased for all our employees that were not marked in Sage as using the new W-4.   Some saw an increase of almost double the taxes they had been paying.   When I questioned it, they showed me the new tax tables that were supposed to go into effect in January, regardless of whether the employee had submitted the new W-4 or not.  I manually calculated taxes on a couple of employees and was able to verify that the new vendor was correct - Sage had not been calculating correctly.
