There are lots of Financial reports (incl. P&L) in Sage 50. Sage Intelligence also has financials as well. In Sage 50, go to REPORTS & FORMS | FINANCIAL STATEMENTS and you will see all the different ones

I'm familiar with those. I use the income statement daily. I was hoping to combine the income statement with a break down of tax expenses, and instead of listing all expenses in a list, break that down by category, and have it all in one report. From what i am reading this cant be done in sage, and i should use Int Rep to export the data to excel and modify it there.

There is very little that you cannot do with the imbedded Financial Statement Design Wizard in Sage 50. You may simply need some additional guidance on how to do this. Contact www.phaseonecomputing.com and I'm sure that they will be happy to assist you with this.
