Yes, these things can be done with limitations including only allowing up to 256 rows. If a more complicated structure is required, the sage-recommended report writer (XLGL) can do almost anything you need.

You can use the Summary function in the report designer to sum multiple accounts together if they are in the same account range.  If you are using segments you can use the masking function as well so many options within the reporting capabilities plus their is XLGL if you need Excel based report writing.
