Auto Run a Daily Report in Sage 50 US - is this possible?

I need a report that will run at the end of every day with any inventory price & cost changes +/- so we can be up to date on our pricing.

Is there a way to do this automatically and possibly have it write over the report run a day prior?

You can use Crystal Reports automation tools to schedule automatic report runs.
Ken Hamady maintains a list of such tools here.

Some of these tools allow you to export the report data to ODBC and replace the content of an existing database table.
You can use that approach to capture a snapshot of price data.
Another report can then compare the live price data to the snapshot data and show only cases where the price has changed.

Hi Angel C. You may want to try Logicim XLGL for this. This is a robust tool for automating reports and having it on an Excel spreadsheet for easy manipulation.
