***Service pack update***
The tax table updates are now available as Sage BusinessWorks 2021.0.18 and Sage BusinessWorks 2023.0.4. We will be positing a new announcement shortly with further details.

What's new
This release includes 2024 payroll tax updates and should not be installed until 2023 W-2s and year-end processing is complete. This service pack does include a database update. After you install the service pack you will need to run the database update for all of your companies. This update also includes a new earnings type for the Alabama to enter the SWT exempt overtime - IMPORTANT-This is being removed from the update see Alabama Overtime Exemption effective 1/1/2024. Important: If you use third-party products that integrate with Sage BusinessWorks, check with the vendor of your third-party product to ensure their product is fully compatible with this release. If you integrate with other Sage products, check with your business partner or Sage to ensure that these components are compatible.
- Visit the Sage BusinessWorks Download Portal and select to download the appropriate service pack for your version.
- To verify your version select Help, About
- If you are prompted to log on, enter your Customer Portal Username and Password, and then click Log on.
