Unable to get in to the program and need support assistance?

Support hours for Sage BusinessWorks are currently M-F from 6am PST to 5pm PST (9am EST to 8pm EST)

There are multiple options for contacting support:

  • You can visit the Sage BusinessWorks Resource Center
    • You can search the Knowledgebse (available 24x7)
    • You can post your question to other Sage BusinessWorks users on Community Hub
    • You can search the Year-end Center
    • You can contact support by chatting or opening a ticket online
    • You can explore Sage University for training videos
  • Connect with us via Live Chat (a link can also be found in the program under Chat, Sage Live Chat or by clicking the Chat icon)
  • Open a portal ticket using the Sage Customer Portal
