Closed out incorrectly

Hi there,

I went to do my back up for the end of month and was in the IC module.  I mistakenly typed in JUNE instead of MAY

How can I reverse this to get back on track?

    The only way to UN-do a close is to restore a backup prior to performing the close.  In BusinessWorks, it only allow you to type in the current month.  If you type in the wrong month during the close or incorrectly type the month, the system will cancel the close process and not perform it.  So if the system was prompting you to close MAY and you typed JUNE, the system would have cancelled the close process and not proceed.  If you have concerns with the close or feel the month end close did not complete successful, go to support.na.sage.com and review Knowledge Base article How to determine if an end of month close failed (18035) .
