Business Works 2020 Federal Tax withholding changes did not change amount on pay check

We re-installed the corrected BW2020 to fix the state tax issue.  After we re-installed we changed 2 employees Federal Tax Withholding (extra withholding).  We made the changes and then processed payroll (for this week).  The check totals were the same as last weeks.  They did not seem to reflect the extra withholding change that we made.

Has anyone else had this problem?

We did this same process in BW2019 with no issues.

    I am not aware of any issues with the V2020 and the 2020 Federal Tax tables.  But the calculations may have changed if you updated to the 2020 W-4.  I would review from our Knowledge Base (www.SageKB.com) 19489 How Federal withholding tax (FWT) and state withholding tax (SWT) are calculated.  In the attachments, it discusses the calculation methods for calculating FWT.  If that does not resolve your issue, then you will probably need to work with support to discuss your settings and what you are experiencing.
