BusinessWorks will not open after installing Windows 10.

I get this error message after installing Windows 10. "Unable to start the application OLE Server. (The BWUSER.INI file is missing from the users "Application Data" directory.)" Please help.

    A. What version of BW?     I know BW2013/15 works in Win10. But I installed a fresh copy of Win10 to new SSD HD drives and installed Office and BW fresh.

    b. Did you try the bwprofile.exe ?

    c. same domain?

    BW 2017. Error message says the BWUSER.INI file is missing from the "Application Data" directory, not the Profile directory. I did try the bwprofile.exe. It would not let me do anything to the profile. Thank you for responding. I am not too computer savvy so I don't know about the domain. I'm just a one person office with no IT department.
