Phil T.  This issue was reported and fixed in a service pack.  I would have you download and reinstall Service Pack 9 on EACH workstation.  V2021 requires service packs to be installed on each workstation.  After the Service Pack is installed, try running the Power Search again.  You can also reference these articles for this issue and how to install service packs.

When you say to install the SP9 on each workstation do you mean to do the client install again from the server or actually run the downloaded SP9 installer on the workstation, (the same installer I ran on the server).

I installed the SP9 on the server and then uninstalled the client from the workstation and install it again from the server. It is showing as version SP9 on the workstation. But the power search is still not working.

For v2021, you need to actually download and install SP 9 at each workstation.
