Since Quickbooks Enterprise is a separate company from Sage, I do not have information about their program or what is required to move data into their software.  I would suggest you reach out to Quickbooks Support for assistance with their program and what they require to bring software into their system.  If you are looking to export data out of BusinessWorks, you can use the Custom Export option.  See link to article below:

Business Works is a much more robust software package than Quickbooks so wondering why the change?  That said - I have found that sometimes BW users are not aware of some of the features available to them.  If you could respond with your current needs, possibly we can find a resolution in BW.
