I would make sure you are printing the statements directly to the printer and not printing from the Preview option. 

Statements are previewed to the screen and then printed from the preview window, the internal printing flag is not set to show detail has been printed. This can also cause the customer’s detail to print again on the next month's statement.

To print statements, close the Preview screen.  Then go back to AR, Statements, Print Statement and select the Print button to print directly to the printer.
