To uncheck the print packing list check box edit the BWUser.ini file in notepad.  Go to C:\users\UserID\AppData\Roaming\Sage\Sage BusinessWorks\bwuser.ini  (where UserID is the windows user logged in to the workstation)

Add the following under the options section:

[Options]

InvoiceWithPackingSlip=No

I tried this for the client several times, closing BW then reopening and trying the print procedure again to verify the checkmark would be off but it remains "on". I even deleted the entire line in the INI file and retyped it, cycled through assigning Yes and reentering and changing to No but the checkmark remains!

What's up with that?! I cannot get the software to turn the checkmark off!

Hi Angie,

This must be done on each workstation. Go to the knowledgebase and enter article 37251. It is very specific and has to be entered under  [Options]. If this does not resolve the issue, please call Customer Support at 800-447-5700, option 3.
