You need to contact CCC as they support the link with Sage BusinessWorks. If they cannot help you, then please contact Customer Support at 800-447-5700, option 3 to speak with a Support Analyst.

I contacted BW and he told me it can post up to 12 months back in AR so I called CCC and found out that it was setup to post with date of delivery of vehicle instead of date RO was closed resulting in posting to previous months and changing my sales tax. Corrected by doing credit memo and debit memo of sales into correct months and changing the setting in CCC to stop this for anyone else having this problem.  Thanks
