I am running BWG 2015 SP1 (recently updated) and the HTML pages for all users will not display. I am talking about the HTML\start_us.htm and the like in the right navigation pane. I feel it has to be permissions, but can not find any KB's on permissions or any similar.

Any thought would be appreciated.
