Can you do a targeted mail merge out of BW using any other data source than Customer table?

Under A/R, Reports, is the option Targeted Mail Merge. However, unlike custom reports or worksheets, it only allows you to create the report using fields and filter from the Customer table. I need to use the AR Invoice table as I want to send out a notice to those with an invoice that is say 5 days past due. I don't want to send the template delinquent notice BW provides that is driven by the customer table for those with an open balance. The logic is not the same for the clients I am trying to reach.

Anyway, is there a way to use a different AR source table than customer for Targeted Mail Merge?

    Unfortunately, I don't see that as an option when you use the AR, Reports, Targeted Mail Merge.  It is using the Customer Table.  You may want to try using the AR, Transfer, Custom Exports option to export the invoice original information, but may issues if you need invoice current balance.  Otherwise, you can use a tool like crystal report or excel queries to create a more sophisticate report that allows you additional tables.

    If you call Customer Support, the can give you some direction on the available tables, etc.  Otherwise, if you are looking for someone to create a report for you, you can contact our client care at 800-447-5700 option #1 for a referral for a reseller you can work with to have a report created for you
