Ever wonder where you can find proof that the recent Payroll update was applied to the software? You're not alone! Accounting updates are reflected in your version number and can be found by going to TS Main (or another module), then browsing to Help > About. For example: "Version: 13.1.24 (13.1.0 Rev 4 Acc Update 5)". However Payroll updates are not reflected here and require a little more research.

The easiest way to locate them is to browse to the following location on any workstation or server:

* 64bit operating systems: C:\Program Files (x86)\Timberline Office\Patches

* 32bit operating systems: C:\Program Files\Timberline Office\Patches

Based on the screenshot below you can see that "13.1.0 Payroll Update 2" was applied on 1/13/2014.
