The Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate Year-End update is now available for download.

Some things to keep in mind:

• You are not required to install this update before processing your last payroll of 2014.
• Affordable Care Act Information is manually entered and does not require the software update to be installed before your first payroll of 2015.
  For more information on how to set up and enter Affordable Care Act information, start with page 12 on the 2014 Year-End Procedures and Government Forms Guide (United States).
• You should install this software update before generating your year-end government forms.

What’s new with this update:

• New features in U.S. Payroll to help you track Affordable Care (ACA) information.
• Fixes for the U.S. and Canadian Payroll

Download and install the software update

Verify which Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate version you are using by choosing Help > About [Application] to determine which version to download.

Download from the Sage Knowledgebase

1. Log in to the Sage Knowledgebase as follows:

1. Go to support.na.sage.com.
2. Click Login in the upper right corner of the page.
3. Enter your Customer Portal Username and Password.
4. Click Log on.

Install the software update

1. Create a complete backup of all Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate data and program files.
2. Download Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate Accounting Update for the version you are using
3. Install the Accounting Update on the server.
4. Install the Accounting Update on each workstation.
5. Upgrade files on the server.
