Please let us know if you have any other details about the error such as:
- time and date when it occurred
- internet browser used
- steps to replicate, what did you click on in the software?

I clicked on it 6 or 8 different times during the day. None of the times was I able to get on. My local Sage salesperson also had the same issue. She finally got on late yesterday. It is a real issue. You were just lucky to get on. I think Sage was overwhelmed and their server couldn't keep up. Good for you for getting on. I'm going to try again today. I'm using the same method I always use to Chat with Sage.
I forgot, you asked about time and date. Date was yesterday 1/2/19. Time was various points throughout the day.
Browser was Mozilla Firefox, like I am using right now.
Thank you for these details, I've passed them onto our IT to help pin point the cause.
I just found out that the updates are incorrect for Alaska. So for now, I will not finish the update until the corrected Sage version comes out.
