What am I supposed to do when I click on Sage Chat and this comes up: The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

I cannot do anything with my Sage Admin software on the server either. I'm totally locked up.

What's going on with Sage? Why can't I chat either?

    Please let us know if you have any other details about the error such as:
    - time and date when it occurred
    - internet browser used
    - steps to replicate, what did you click on in the software?

    I clicked on it 6 or 8 different times during the day. None of the times was I able to get on. My local Sage salesperson also had the same issue. She finally got on late yesterday. It is a real issue. You were just lucky to get on. I think Sage was overwhelmed and their server couldn't keep up. Good for you for getting on. I'm going to try again today. I'm using the same method I always use to Chat with Sage.
