I am trying to print the report 5-1-5-21 for the whole year 2018 and it prints a different wages amount vs year to day payroll wages. Never happened before. I already closed payroll 2018. Does anyone have this problem?
Yes, I had the same problem for December, and January is accruing incorrectly.
I have some employees that we deduct health insurance cost from their paychecks. It looks like that is the culprit. I have not changed those calculations, but the GL accrual is taking the Gross payroll and then subtracting the Health Insurance deductions before calculating Workers Comp.
I had a similar problem - workers comp report #5-1-5-21 reports salaried employee wages as double the weekly amount
assigned, therefore, total wages do not reconcile with quarter to date or year to date earnings. I spoke with tech support
Tristan who informed me that this is a software issue and developers are working on fixing the problem.
