Sage 100 Contractor: User can not send payroll via Outlook.

Error: Unable to send email via Outlook: Sorry, something went wrong. You may want to try again.

We are using a cisco AMP antivirus software, I have port 587 whitelisted, SMTP settings are correct in 7-1. I have uninstalled both Sage 100 and Office, we also tried using another workstation logged in as the same user. Could it be something wrong with one of the fields in the DB?
