How would the job cost reports for active jobs be the exact same in April and May? There were invoices paid throughout the month.

Hi Jenny. It's possible you may have a stuck filter in the report. In the report printing window, go to Defaults > Delete Printing Defaults, close and reopen the report window and then run your April and May reports.

Job costs hit when the AP invoices are booked not when they are paid.
