I'm not sure what the fees are but you will have to pay for the module for ACH, you'll have to contact sage for the exact cost. You'll also need to make sure your bank account is setup to send ACH payments. You then have the option of sending the ach file to the bank through sage (additional fees) or upload it yourself. My company does not pay for sage to send our ACH payments. We create the ach file through sage and then upload it to our bank. Hope this helps.
