Why doesn't Sage have somewhere to report bugs in the program?

I can't find anywhere to report a bug in the new Fraud Manager feature in R25.1. A check that was paid when reconciling a Credit Card does not show up in the Fraud Manager report no matter which boxes I check. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Besides submitting new ideas, reporting a bug should be a top priority!

Hi Elaine. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your Sage software. However, can you please verify that you are using Sage 100 Contractor? We did just release version 25.1, but the software does not have a feature called Fraud Manager report. If you are using 100 Contractor, you may be referring to the new 1-11 Positive Pay feature. If so, and you are not seeing a check in the positive pay file that you expected to, please see KB article 119422 for possible solutions. Regarding reporting possible bugs, it's best to contact Sage Support to verify that what you are seeing is a program issue.

My apologies. Sage calls it the Positive Pay File in 1-11.
