I have completed the newest version of Sage 100 Contractor YE proceedures. I have a clean PR audit. Updated and done every item the instructions say. Yet when I try to Archive 2023 PR

"Unable to remove payroll company database, the archive company has been deleted and the company datahas been restored to its original state" 

This message shows after most of the processing is done. Does any one know what I need to rectify?
