Hi Mindy. If you need to post them before the actual pay date, the software does not prevent you from doing this. You may need to change the posting period to January if you have the setting in 1-8 to use the transaction date to set the posting period. In the 5-2-6 window, the selected period is in the upper right - if you want to post to that period, then check the box for "Post to selected period".

Well thank you!! It's not urgent I will just post in the morning, just wanted to know if there was a way to bypass it just in case I needed to in the future.
