Payroll / Equipment Tracking Systems and importing data

We are coming up on our renewal date with ExakTime. It does an adequate job of tracking labor hours but we need a system that tracks equipment hours and is capable of importing them to Sage 100 Contractor. Does anyone have experience and recommendations for which systems to look at?

    We too have been frustrated with this lack of compatibility.  We have requested this functionality with Exaktime multiple times since 2017, but have since given up.  We have been manually entering the equipment into the Equipment Allocation section in Daily payroll off of the Exaktime reports.  We use the equipment number on the same line item as we enter the employee payroll, it does NOT require a phony employee, and it posts to the equipment.  :)  I have made contact with a company called Busy Busy for this very reason, but have not had time to look into their product yet.  I can certainly forward my contact information if you are interested.  This issue is a time consumer.

    BusyBusy is on my list to review. I have email from Graham and Sofia in response to visiting their website. 


    Our business partner has HH2 on their website for supporting programs so we'll be looking at that as well. 


    Out payroll department would like to go back to all paper instead of the frustration they are dealing with right now. (Part of that is field supervisors not buying in also.)

    Time consumer is spot on. I wish we had invested more up front instead of burning points with our employees.
