Is there a way to email subcontracts to the vendor for electronic signature?
Sage is unable to do electronic signatures for right now. You can email the subcontract, but they would have to mail it back. I recommend you ask for an enhancement under Home and Resources, Submit a product idea.

I wanted to provide a couple of additional ideas for you in case you haven't thought of these approaches.
1)DocuSign, has a print driver that you can install. So you can pick the DocuSign Print driver, instead of pdf or your printer. Your subcontract can be routed and signed within DocuSign. If you want, you can drag and drop the signed subcontract onto the paperclip, so you have a signed copy within Sage 100.

2)Take a look at Sage Construction Management. (SCM) It's a low-cost cloud native project mgmt. system that has a very slick DocuSign routing feature built in. SCM doesn't currently integrate with S100 today 3/5/24. Integration is being built and is planned to be available late May.
Sign up for Docusign they offer that feature. It can be used for anything not just Sage
