Hi Emily. In the 4-7-7 window. highlight that transaction then click the Add Detailed Receipt for Row# button. This will take you to the 4-7-3 window where you can job cost, assigning a portion of the cost to separate jobs in the job costing window.

The system does not combine individual transactions downloaded from the bank.  So you must mean that the one making the purchases combined 3 different jobs on one receipt.
