Hello, Hall Homes. Unlike employee and jobs, part records do not have a status field you can select from. Here's a suggestion:

1. Log into the database with admin rights
2. In 9-2, bring up the Parts selection list
3. In the selection window, go to Options >  Edit Inactive Setting and check off all the parts you want to be inactive (this function is in a number of different record types)
4. Modify the 9-1-1 report to add the "Inactive" field to the report filter criteria - choose "Not Checked" as the value
5. Save the report as custom with a name like "Parts List~Active Only"

When you run this custom report, it will only display parts you did not mark as inactive.
