PLEASE HELP

I'm having an issue in 3-7 Progress Billing.  The "Scheduled" amount changed from the original contract amount to a different amount.  It appears that the amount changed from two change orders.....how can that be.....I never had the contract amount ever change nor did I think it could.  Can someone please help me with this.

    The scheduled amount on the 3-7 screen should not change by change orders.

    They should appear in the Changes column,

    However when you print the billings, they are combined.

    If you're saying that it changed on the 3-7 screen, I had a similar situation recently with a client.

    They had to go back to the last 3-7 PB that had the correct values, and void the subsequent ones and re-create them.  Unfortunately for them, it dated back to 2013, so we had to contact tech support to get them to re-open the 2013 record in the 2014 database.

    So if by voiding the previous applications will correct the issue...do you know why this would happen in the first place?
