Unfortunately, it is not possible to merge two job records together. You would have edit the activity for one of the jobs to reflect the other. More information is in KB article 49095 in the Sage Knowledgebase. Log into the Sage Customer Portal, click KB & Downloads, then Sage Knowledgebase, then search for the article ID#.

I followed your instructions above, and searched for the article, but it is telling me nothing found??  

Sorry, there was an issue with that article which has now been corrected. You should be able to access it now.

Still unable to access it, still getting nothing found.....

Make sure you have logged in successfully to the portal (not as Guest). Here is the content of the article:

You can't merge the jobs' activity. You can correct invoices to reflect the correct job, but if they are paid you would need to void the payment, edit the now open invoice, save and reapply the same payment.

Once a job has activity on it, you will not be able to delete it until there is no activity associated with the job or you archive and remove closed jobs.

It pretty much just states what I said in my earlier post
