There is no system report that will give you that data. Depending on what you really want, you can run report 2-5-0-21 General Journal, filtered for Source Equal to 7 - Progress Billing, and Period Equal to the month you're looking for. That will identify Progress Billings posted to that accounting period.

A better solution might be to create a custom Query in 3-7 that shows the data you are looking for with a Date range of your choosing. Queries are a terrific tool as one can customize it to meet any number of needs and the Query wizard is easy to use. Also, so long as you include the record number field in the results, you can easily drill down into underlying record.
