This one is a little tricky because Windows won't let you map network drives to its own local hard drive. You would unfortunately need to create a separate partition of the hard drive on a single workstation for each separate company file you wanted to create (this can be a bit cumbersome and can easily wipe existing hard drive data so be careful). So for each partition of the local hard drive, you can then have a separate MB7 folder at the first level.

Or, it may be easier to purchase separate physical hard drive(s) themselves and install either one large one that you split up for the separate companies, or multiple if you'd rather have one for each company.

Thanks smenard. Very helpful but I found a workaround. There is a free software that allows you to map drives to a local. Seems to be working so far.

Sounds good! Be careful though, depending how you're asking the workstation to mimic a server, it may not be as reliable as you may need. I recommend testing this software thoroughly in a variety of scenarios to ensure it provides the reliability you need (does it work automatically after reboot, etc).

It works after logging out but haven't tested it on reboot.
Also seems my reports don't share across different workstations

All you have to do is create a subfolder on the c drive and then map to that folder. I've done it many times. It does not require partitioning the drive then create the mb7 folder inside that folder. There was just a discussion about this yesterday

Did you change the other workstations License Server to point to the 'workstation server'? Also, you'll need to be sure you've shared the drives and folders across the network so that each workstation is able to see the necessary files and folders at the Windows level.

I also just thought about the potential for your workstation server to have its IP address change if your network has DHCP enabled. You'll want to do what you can to ensure that PC is assigned a static IP address to prevent possible issues down the road.
