Unfortunately, there isn't a way to switch back to the classic screen. I have already shared your concerns with the development team so we can dig into it.

The new screen allows you to lookup jobs by numbers and letters yo can search for just parts of the name or a few numbers. huge improvement. Yes, slower to open but greater flexibility in searching

Thanks for the tip Bill. I see how the search works. I will see if I can get used to it. I do like the overall look of the screen - a bit shocking because it's so different but I think I'll get used to it just fine. The slowness is pretty annoying though. It's more than a little slower.

Resolution
Revert to the prior Job Setup window:

On your workstation go to Start, Search Programs and Files

Type in regedit and enter

Select HKEY_CURRENT_USER, Software, Sage

Right click on Sage and select New, Key

Name the new key JCSetup

Note: There is not a space between "JC" and "Setup" in the key.

In the window on the right double-click (Default) and set the Value data: to 1

Click Okay

Click X in upper right to close

Close Job Cost and reopen

Are you trying to revert to the classic Job Setup screen. It works but you cant start setup jobs from Desktop. Have to start JC and then go to Setup Jobs and the registry change isn't a recommended resolution.

It should only be used in special circumstances
