Using the Link Derek posted below, you can click the link for "Solve" next to Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate. Searching for "Field 'useunits' must have a value" Returns this article: Error: "Unable to update the database version. Field 'useunits' must have a value." (Article Number 51990).

The solution is to click OK and continue.

I just wanted to tell you that going to https://sagecity.na.sage.com/sage_city_town_hall/p/sage-product-support and selecting "Solve" by Sage 300 and pasting  "Field 'useunits' must have a value"  returns no results and suggests that I just use "Field units" which returns only articles for "retired" versions of Sage 300.  Searching for "Article Number 51990"  or just 51990 also returns no results.  Basically your website search function apparently doesn't appear to be working.  This is partly why I find myself calling in support cases instead of relying on on-line support when it comes to your product.   Please forward this to whomever is in charge of your on-line resources, or better yet explain to me why I have nothing but trouble using your on-line support products.  Don't get me started on why my login credentials expire after 180 days...:-)!

You will want to be sure to click on the Solve link for Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate and not the one for Sage 300, which is a different product.

It should take you to this landing page in the Knowledgebase:

When I search on KB article 51990, the following article is returned.  The same article is returned if you type in your search terms listed above.
