We use 2 Crystal Reports that show the last time reports were in the log... or show any reports that are assigned to users, but haven't been in the log at all. Both can take a while to run, but it's been worth it (in my experience).

You can disable the report in Security Administration - Under Security permissions by type, select Tasks. Expand Tasks, Reports and Inquiries, Reports, <Application> Reports. Select the report and check the Turn Off Task box, then wait and see if anyone complains...

Can you please share the name of the two Crystal Reports you use?

You can use the Log Viewer to see if the report had been used in the 30 days, 60 days, or other time period. You would need to create a custom filter in the Log Viewer for the specific task. For example, if the report name (on the Report menu) is Job Cost Summary, you would create a filter for: Task Is Job Cost Summary.

I believe we received copies of both from external consultants before my time... but both are based on 'standard' data available in the logs.
