Can you view the last time a report was used in Job Cost?

SUGGESTED

I'm wondering if Sage 300 16.1 keeps track of the most recent time a report was used. The last guy who managed them never deleted anything so we have reports that are as old as dirt. I was wondering, instead of asking every person individually what they use, if there was a way to view the last time a report was used so I can start that way? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

You can use the Log Viewer to see if the report had been used in the 30 days, 60 days, or other time period. You would need to create a custom filter in the Log Viewer for the specific task. For example, if the report name (on the Report menu) is Job Cost Summary, you would create a filter for: Task Is Job Cost Summary.

See Sage Knowledgebase Article 18528 "How to filter the log viewer to look for certain activity performed in an application" for details on how to create custom filter.
