Pretty simple TS Report Design running off the category records.  Sort the Category records by Cost Code and then by category.  Select Cost Code (category), Cost Code Description (Cost Code), Category (Category), YTD Units and JTD Units.  Add a filter that YTD Units  is not = 0 and Accumulate as is equal to labor.  Took me five minutes to design.  Send me your email at [email protected] and I can get you the TR report design.  Tried uploading it here, but did not appear to work.
