FileMaker Integration with Sage Construction & Real Estate Accounting

Hello -

I'm a FileMaker developer and would like to figure out the best methods of transferring data from FileMaker to Sage Construction & Real Estate accounting software. I'm creating a timecard system in FileMaker and would like to automate transfer of the data into Sage, but I don't know much about Sage... Any ideas?
