Virus warning

A user received a virus warning from the following file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Aatrix Software\Aatrix Forms\STO\ZZZUPDATER.EXE

ZUpdater.exe is a known virus name, If this is a legitimate file, it's not responsible to have it named similar to a known virus.

Has anyone else experienced an issue with this file?

    Hello -

    ZZZUpdater.exe is a valid file in that location and it incorrectly reported as a virus by AV Software.  You should exclude all 300CRE files from active and offline scanning as directed in Article ID: 17258 in the Sage Knowledgebase.  If you use MyAssistant or MyCommunicator, then the Article ID: 23771 should also be reviewed for exceptions.
