Sage Paperless Install Issues

I was curious if anyone else has heard of or been running into any issues with Sage Paperless installs?  We have been on hold for two weeks now as having been told by our Business Partner that Sage is having a serious issue and installs are not working.    This evening I tired of waiting and decided to try it myself and sure enough we cannot even get past the first screen.  When entering (copy and paste or typing direct) our client name and code it immediately comes up and says Client Information does not appear to be valid.  

This is a bit distressing as we are bumping up against year end and cannot even get a start on the Paperless steps so thought I would bounce it out here per a suggestion from Sage Support.

    The client name and code work differently with Sage Paperless Construction (SPC) than with Sage 300 CRE.  We recently switched servers, and we had to call and have SPC to disconnect and reset the code to the new server.  My guess would be that until they set that up, you would be unable to do the install.

    We experienced similar delays with our SPC install last year, but are happy with the product.  However, we are still working to get the Abby Flexicapture portion completed.

    To follow up on this, Sage sent us the wrong license information.  I had to contact one of their Support Techs to get the right information.
