We have installed update 2, but when we try to download the taxes on a work station, it is giving us the error of "did not complete due to unhandled exception." I have made sure everyone was out of Sage, rebooted both my computer and the appserver and tried again. Still would not complete. I am the Sage admin and I eve tried loggin into the AppServer as the IT admin to download taxes and it will not complete. Please help

Hi Lisa,

I moved this thread to the general discussion as I do not think it pertains to Payroll update 2 specifically.

Can you post a screenshot of the error you're seeing?

Hi Lisa,

That error means that something on the server is preventing the downloaded zip file from extracting the files to that location. It could be permissions, Anti-virus or other security software, or locked files.

If a reboot doesn't resolve it, you may want to contact your IT Admin to see if there is anything that they can do.

Alternatively, you could manually download and update the taxes from article 100820 (Must be logged in) from www.sageKB.com
