Where can we find the down load for . . . .

Sage 300 CRE: Updated 18.4.1 release and 18.4.1 Update 2

Every link we try takes us to the FAQ Year-end software release page but there is no file.

Hi StoneBridge,

You have to be logged in to the knowledgebase to access the downloads. you may try logging out of SageCity, then go to www.sageKB.com and login again.

If you have already installed 18.4.1, enter 102269 in the search.

If you have not installed 18.4.1, enter 102056,

If you are still unable to access the downloads, start a live chat so one of our support analysts can confirm your account access to the downloads.

Hi @StoneBridge - sometimes clearing browser history solves for this type of problem. You can also go to www.sageKB.com, log in, and then search for KB 102269 (for 18.4.1 Update 2) or KB 102056 (to download 18.4.1, if you are not already on version 18.4.1)
